    Hi Lucas,

It’s a confliction of font-family define with WHMCS. In this issue, please open the style.css file from css folder and find out the line number 579 and follow the instruction from the screenshot http://prntscr.com/lv94pl to fix the issue.

Moreover, we will update the template ASAP to fix the issue.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team

    We have updated the template.

Moreover, about the star icon of the ticket, on that issue, you need to contact WHMCS support. Because we are not responsible for that icons as we have just customized only the header, footer, and color of the WHMCS template six to match our template, nothing else.

Would you know how to fix it somehow?

    #5423

We are really sorry to say that we are unable to tell, as we are not the developer of the WHMCS.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
