I already follow the doc and I do watch the video tutorial as well but not helping to solve my problem which while adding the shortcode on new page there was an error while publishing the message saying ” Unable to Update” not even loading the preview page.
Please provide the exact page URL where you used the shortcode to review the issue to fix. Moreover, if we need your website admin access then we will let you know.
as per my earliest post, there were no options to add the shortcode I have to add a video link below where you can see what happen when I’m doing this.

If you are using Gutenburg then you must use Shortcode block to use a shortcode in a page. Please check out the screenshot as a reference https://prnt.sc/pb6fue
Our plugin generates a shortcode and Gutenberg can’t update a shortcode. Moreover, we have double-checked and we didn’t find any issue with our plugin.
