    Hello,

    We figured out the issue.

This error occurs because the symlink function is not available in your hosting PHP environment or is disabled in the PHP configuration.

To fix this issue, please contact your hosting provider for enabling the symlink function.

Usually, symlink function is available in all types of hosting but it’s not available in your hosting.

After enabling symlink function, please reinstall the script.

    Hello,

As we mentioned in our previous reply “After enabling symlink function, please reinstall the script.”

If you don’t want to reinstall the script then please provide your cPanel & admin dashboard (URL, Username & Password) access using our Envato Market (codecanyon) profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference https://prnt.sc/10o0iwt ) including this support topic link as a reference to fix the issue for you.

    Hello,

We have checked your website. Seems you run it on a shared hosting, and some php functions are disabled by hosting provider for security reasons. We found the symlink function still not available in your hosting PHP environment or is disabled in the PHP configuration.

    Refarence: https://prnt.sc/1H6tc9dP_e-C

To fix this issue, please contact your hosting provider for enabling the symlink function and let us know to get further assistance.

    Hello,

This screenshot https://prnt.sc/1H6tc9dP_e-C was taken from your website when we checked your website last time and it clearly shows the symlink function still not available in your hosting PHP environment or is disabled in the PHP configuration.

Moreover, we have updated our script on Codecanyon. Please download and use the update to get rid of any further issues.
