Today, suddenly, a floating product tag started to be shown repeatedly on the bottom left of my website pages. It always shows the same product and, even if you click on the “x” to close, it reappears. It is appearing in the desktop version and in the mobile version. I don’t know how to disable it. I have tried to clear the browser cache and also the website cache, without success.
How do I edit the configuration to control or delete this floating tag, please?
