    Hey Guys,

    When you click the Forgot Password button on the login page. I get this error:

    404 – Unknown Route Path

    I was able to fix this… first the pwreset.tpl file was empty so I copied one from the Six template and I modified the code in the login.tpl file to reference the pwreset.php file. You may want to fix that.

    Hi Krystal,

    From the WHMCS version 7.8, WHMCS deleted all of the codes form the pwreset.tpl file. You could check the file to click here https://github.com/WHMCS/templates-six

    It’s not our template issue because we have just provided a WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our HTML template by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer, and color based on our HTML template, nothing else.
