On the computer version of the delivery man page (order information modal) the address provided by the customer works very well the route and perfect but when we go on the phone the address is found at the other end of France suddenly our delivery man are a little lost …

    Dear Guillaume,

The map works with Google Map API and there is nothing in our hands to control.

In this case, you could contact Google Map Support.

Yes, we saw that when we linked map api is foodbook.
The problem is that on a computer the trip is good on mobile no, it would be necessary to connect the API of Android SDK or others in addition?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hello,

Indeed the problem is related to 4g + mobile data … We found no solution on google and I think that an additional API should be added to take the positioning by mobile data by being more precise can be (because our delivery person will not always be able to be connected to wifi ^^”)
If you have a suggestion to solve this problem it would be tip top 🙂

    Thanks in advance,

So following other tests we noticed that if we add in the address box for example:
18 le clos saint antoine 26400, Crest
On the mobile version the route works well
    1

on the other hand if the customer in the address box simply puts: 18 le clos saint antoine. it doesn’t work

    2

so i think it is possible to solve this problem which may help any foodbook user.
