Header Layout preset 2 to 6 are not without getting an error.

• The third one:Notice: Undefined variable: voifone_sclass in \wp-content\themes\voifone\templates\header-parts\header-v3.php on line 104
• The fourth one:Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function voifone_custom_search_form() in \wp-content\themes\voifone\templates\header-parts\header-v4.php on line 58 and Error: Call to undefined function voifone_custom_search_form() in \wp-content\themes\voifone\templates\header-parts\header-v4.php on line 58
• The fifth one:Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function voifone_custom_search_form() in \wp-content\themes\voifone\templates\header-parts\header-v5.php on line 54 and Error: Call to undefined function voifone_custom_search_form() in \wp-content\themes\voifone\templates\header-parts\header-v5.php on line 54

I also noted that the fourth and sixth layout are identical, were they supposed to be different?
