Hoskia Core installation permission error

Hi,

I recently purchased your theme and installed and activated it without any issue. I also installed all the required plugin execpt these 2 plugin: Hoskia Core and WPBakery Visual Composer.

This is a permission issue. However, we have double-checked our theme and this is not our theme issue.

Please reinstall a new WordPress and follow the installation steps carefully from the provided documentation and check out the issue.

Moreover, we have removed the login credential from your post. Please don’t provide any kind of login credential in the forum. It can break your website security. Because it’s a public forum. We will ask if needed the login credential to assist.
