Please update your WHMCS system. After then, download and use the updated WHMCS template that we already updated on Themeforest.
In the last update of the Hoskia theme, we provided a child theme of the WHMCS Twenty One theme where just has the header.tpl, footer.tpl, and some CSS and JS files only. In the WHMCS Twenty One theme, they updated the design of the WHMCS template and admin template, also updated it with Bootstrap 4x. Hence, you need to use that child theme that we provided and updated the content of the header.tpl and footer.tpl files to get everything working and updated.
