How to Make Domain Search Bar Work?

I simply want the domain search form in Bluishost theme work. For now its like in the pictures below; I type the desired domain name and click “search” but then it redirects me to an empty form of WHMCS. So you think this can be done? Thanks a lot!!!

in this page, domain search bar works, at least it can pass the domain to WHMCS search bar

but

in this page’s search bar not even pass form content to the next page

so I guess it’s little bit your problem?

I’m talking about mywebsiteurl and mywebsiteurl/domain

It’s a WHMCS update issue. They don’t allow to redirect the search query to the WHMCS after their update by changing their domain search method. In this issue, you could contact WHMCS support to learn more about this issue.
