How to remove background on Home V3

I’m wanting to remove this image https://themelooks.org/demo/bluishost/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/section_icon.png?id=1422 on the homepage. I’ve checked in the home page files and can’t find anywhere it links too. Many Thanks

if anyone else needs to do it, go in to the classic menu on the home page and just delete their link
