How to set BLOG page as default/first page?

I’m tried change default page to BLOG:
wp-admin -> Settings -> Reading, Your home page displays: Homepage:Blog.
In this case, first page looks like BLOG page, but don’t shows posts (Default content).

I’ve changed: Settings -> Reading, Homepage displays: static page BLOG

Blog

And you can try https://pavel.su/home-v3/ – there is some articles in Blog section.

Yeah, it works. But in this case there are no category in every post preview:
at the default page:

at the “Blog” page in standard mode:

And look, I can change header for Blog page (https://pavel.su/blog/, “BLOG” to “Блог”) but it’s empty, and I can not change the header (“BLOG”) at default page.

We are sorry to say that it’s the default style of the theme. If you want to customize it then you could customize it with your own.

If you select this option shown in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/srmoal then the blog page will not work. It’s a default system of WordPress. Moreover, we didn’t find any issue on your provided link https://prnt.sc/ss3ca4
