How to show map and phone of store

I want to make a page to present every store. I saw when I add a branck I can add phone, number, branch number and location as you can see in image https://i.imgur.com/vqj7T5m.png

It is possible to show this information on a page? also on location..can I show on a map? Ho can I do this ?

The info like phone number, email id & branch number used for only admin contacting purpose, and location used for delivery availability checking purpose only.
