Import Demo Data Failure

Hi,

I installed WordPress 4.9.5 and ColorHost 1.5 and followed the instructions to install the required plugins, but when I do the “Import Demo Data”, I get the following notification:

Failed to import pa_color Black
Failed to import pa_color Blue
Failed to import pa_color Green

How do I solve that problem?

I also have to do the Import Demo Data 2 times, before it shows up in wordpress, while still giving the above problem.

Please let us now your server PHP version?

If it’s less than 5.6.25, then follow the steps below.

1. Please make sure you have updated your server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer.
2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
3. Then install the theme
4. Then install all of the required plugins
5. Then active all of the installed plugins
6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

Please follow the steps below to import again the demo data properly.

1. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
2. Then install the theme
3. Then install all of the required plugins
4. Then active all of the installed plugins
5. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)
