I have tried to install the script in the root and in a folder.
    The error keeps appearing.

Hi Support team, I have send a message via CONTACT.
Please note TransIP uses shared hosting that does not provide the /public or /public_html directory.
    I cannot change that. Thx

    Hi Bas,

We are sorry to say that there is nothing in our hands to assist if your server does not have the permission to access the /public_html directory. Because it’s all about your server issue, not our script issue. In this issue, please contact your server administrator.

Dear support, the hosting provider uses /www.
Is it mandatory to use: /public_htm ?

E.g. The instructions shows that subdomain is supported.
So can /www be used as the root?

If yes, then please investigate why the server error 500 appears.
Please also clarify the server requirements.

    Many thanks.

    Install instructions for subdomain:
If you want to create a subdomain you have to create a new folder inside public_html. After creating the folder extract the zip file there
After completing extraction please type base url in the browser and will get an installation page.

Please check out the server requirements below.
    – You have to use PHP version 7(minimum)
    – You should have proper writable permission
    – CURL should be enabled in your server

Please Note: Your main server meets all of the requirements, that not mean your shared hosting also meets all of the server requirements and has all of the permission that needs to have to install the script. All shared hosting has so many limitations of permission to use a sever.

So, please try to install the script in another server that not a shared hosting with limited permission server where the server meets all of the server requirements to install the script.

Moreover, Our script has no issue. Please check out some of our client’s live website blow as a reference. They have installed and using our script on their domain.

    Dear Support

I have moved the domain to another server.
It also shows the 500 error, and no installation page is displayed.

    Installed on /public_html

    Please check:
    https://ipwhatsmy.com
    https://ipwhatsmy.com/phpinfo.php

If needed I can provide logon details to the server.

    Thx

    Done please check, thx

    Hi Bas,

We didn’t find any 500 error on your website. Also, your phpinfo page link not working.

Moreover, you need to extract the WhatsIPs.zip file in the public_html and move the files from the WhatsIPs folder to public_html before starting installation if you want to install the script in the root of your domain. After then follow the installation steps carefully from the provided documentation.

    Dear support,

On 30th April I wrote you.
On 2 May comes your reply.

The script has been removed from the server because it is simply not working.
    Please refund.

You have written April 30, 2020 at 5:36 pm when our office hour was closed at that time, and Friday is our weekly holiday. Please check this out https://prnt.sc/sbptmg That’s why we relied on May 2

Moreover, the 500 error is a server error, not our script error. We already provided you two of our clients’ website URLs as a reference review and understand that our script has no issue.

Your server provider only can help you with this issue to resolve the issue. Otherwise, please use a good hosting server to resolve your issue. Because there is noting on our side to help you with the issue as it’s all about your server issue.
