First of all, we have double checked everything and we didn’t find anything in our theme like your issues.
2nd, based on your screenshot and as you mentioned in your last reply that you have edited the codes of the theme. That means the issues were raised for your wrong editing of codes. So, in this case, we are unable to help you.

We could suggest you that, please install a new WordPress and use our theme without codes edit. If you get any issue, then inform us, we will fix the issue ASAP. If an issue will raise for your wrong editing of codes, then we will unable to help you to fix the issue. That will be your own responsibility. If you need customization then, do that in a proper way.
By the way, we will add a feature in our next update of the theme for the testimonial section to use the content without images. Please wait with patience for the next update of the theme.
