Invoice wrong price calculation

Hey guys,
my web shop is almost finished now. I am testing the pages for delivery and kitchen and I found this strange bug.
On the website, everything is fine and calculated correctly. Strangely, when I look at the delivery/kitchen pages and go for more information for the delivery, I get a false calculation. Maybe it’s because of the plugin Germanized for WooCommerce that is calculating the right taxes for Germany.
Besides that, the Extra items are looking strange. Here are some screenshots to understand my problems.

Checkout calculation (everything is correct)

can u help me solve this problem

The prices have like wrong decimals.
can we round it up correctly and calculate the taxes right?
Moreover this “deposit_amount_per_unit” should be removed. I couldnt find the place to do that.
The only thing i need are the extras listed like a normal list.
Can we get something like that?
