    Hi

    I installed the bizwalls theme on a demo directory which I have now deleted.
    When I try and reinstall on the live site I am told it has already been registered. Are you able to deactivate for me please?

    Dear Bruce,

    There is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it installed now.

    Just go to the Bizwalls Licensing tab from your WordPress dashboard where it installed now to deactivate the purchase code/license.
