    Hello, I had to reinstall wordpress and I installed on the root of my domain instead of a subfolder. It says my license was activated on the subfolder. Can you please allow me to activate it again on the root domain?

    Hello,

    There is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now.

    If your previous installation does not exist then let us know to reset it to reuse.
