    thank you for your reply
    I have exactly the same configuration!
    I have another link that leads to WHMCS (with the template)
    https://clients.webilix.net/
    I do not know if that can help

    Now it’s clear about the issue.

    If you are using WHMCS-bridge, then you must have to use WHMCS Template Six template. Moreover, we have provided virtusky (WHMCS) template to use only separately for external use, not for using with WHMCS-bridge.

    So, please use Six template to fix the issue.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    In this issue, you just need to choose six as the template in WHMCS Bridge Settings to get the WHMCS as like the demo.

    We have found out the issue. You have used an image logo in your WHMCS template instead of text logo. That’s why, the CSS style not working.

    In this issue, please use the custom CSS below to fix the issue.

    #clsvWhmcsPage #header a.logo {
        display: none;
    }

    it’s good for the logo 🙂 it is no longer visible
    now to hide the top menu and the one from below (both menu framed in red) how to do it please

    https://prnt.sc/h27fmx

    We are really sorry to say that, it’s not possible to hide the main menu & page breadcrumb for a specific page like WHMCS Bridge page. It’s only possible if you want to hide both from your full website.

    Moreover, the main menu is to navigate your website and the WHMCS menu (that shows in the WHMCS Bridge page) is to navigate the client area & billing. If you hide the main menu, then how your customer will navigate back to your website from the WHMCS Bridge page, if they are looking another service.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    it’s possible ?
    if so how can I customize the menu and change the logo

    #2472

    In this issue, you could use custom link as a menu item.
