    Just a quick heads-up,

    Theres a missing closing </tr> tag in :
    \wp-content\themes\hostwhmcs\hostw-parts\domain-pricing.php – about line: 100 –

    Its inside a foreach loop so is being missed on each iteration. Its being fixed via HTML5 auto-close so is not a problem in the output but it should be fixed properly at source in the markup.
