mobile menu not working

    Hi,

    I am using the MegaMenu for the mobile version of my clients website. We noticed that when the mobile device is turned sideways (horizontal) the menu is open and stays open. There is no “x” button to open or close it. I am using the latest version of the theme and have looked through the MegaMenu settings but can not locate the issue. I have included an image. Can you please look into this for me and correct it?

    Hi Angie,

    Please disable 3rd party plugins, because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict.
