Navigation bar text moves

Hi,

when you select a menu on the navigation bar, then move to the text next to it, the menu text moves. I think this is because bold is being used when the menu is highlighted, can this be fixed?

When hovering over the navigation bar, it still moves. On your HTML version the text doesn’t move.

could you disable the bold completely as when it is selected the bold is still moving the text.

when you select a menu, then a submenu the top menu becomes bold. I need to also disable that because the text moves when you hover over it.

If you select email, then select hosted exchange, the email turns bold, when you hover over it, the text goes small making the other text move.

i do not misunderstand but the bold text is still there when you select the menu at the top, if you click on hosted exchange for example, it turns bold blue and moves the text.

The code you have given doesnt appear to be stopping that.
