We have deactivated the 3rd party plugins because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict and we tried to find out the issue to assist you on the issue, why it’s not working on your site as there is no issue with our theme. However, we have activated the plugins again after checked. We have informed you because we saw that the SSL plugin needs a login to connect, that’s it.
Moreover, we have double-checked our theme when you have reported the issue, but we found everything is working perfectly with our theme. You can understand that there is no issue with our theme as there are no similar issues in this support forum for this theme where we have more than 200 customers of this theme.
