No Free Shipping, issue with customised fee for timeslots

Hi,

I have a query an issue with my plugin integration on my website. It is somehow not allowing me sellect ‘Free Shipping’ which was very clearly advertised on your listing on themeforest. Refer to image below:

Also, I would like some clarification and your input on my delivery types and slots.

For our company, a user can select 3 different slots:

1) Weekdays including saturday 11am – 5pm – Free
2) Weekdays including saturday 5pm – 10pm – Free
3) Sundays and Public Holidays 9am – 11am – $15

Is this possible with your plugin? From my understanding it is possible but I am not too sure how to customise it that way. Can you possibly help guide us?

Moreover, our plugin’s delivery fees work kilometer-wise, not day or time-wise.
