Not working with divi theme

I am using this plugin on divi builder and its not working properly,

1- its in full width by default.

2- its not showing in its proper place. I’ve added it under that blue section but its going up right under the menu by default.

In this issue, you need to follow the DIVI Builder guide or contact with their support to know how to add container and row in a section/page? After then, use our plugin shortcode in the row to fix the issue.

having 1 more issue its not showing all countries A-Z countries its showing just 1 letter countries.

I’ve added the shortcode in a 2nd row all other shortcodes are working fine from other plugins and builder just this one is going on the top can’t bring it down.

for countries if you go the page that i’ve sent and click on pagination it works it goes to counties starting with B and so on but if you click on alphabets on top A- B – C they are not working.

I’ve followed the documentation but its still not working. user dashboard is crashed and having issues in frontend too check these screenshots. if you have a soulution please tell me if not i would like to get refund.
