    Hi,

    I’ve tried to install the demo content but after more than 1 hour, the demo data are still importing.
    Is that normal.
    Is there an other way to proceed to do that properly ?

    Hi,

    Server requirement is ok. I’ve already follow the installation steps.
    The click demo import doesn’t work.
    After one night of importing, I had a message error (0)
    Can you provide me a solution ?
    If you don’t have any, please proceed with a refund

    Also, please provide your cPanel (URL, Username & Password) access using our Envato Market (themeforest) profile contact form to review the server configuration for theme requirements.

    Moreover, we need to reset your WordPress to find out the issue. Is there any problem if we reset your WordPress?

    Without hosting server cPanel, how you install WordPress on the domain?

    We are really sorry to say that it’s all about your server issue. In this issue, you could try another server to check this out.

    We have tripled checked our theme and there was no issue found. Also, you could check the item comments in the Envato Market (Themeforest) as a reference, some of this item clients imported the demo data easily just following our documentation.

    What is the server issue ?

    Can you explain? Because the server specifications comply with the documentation.

    We are unable to tell what is the server issue as we are not a server specialist. We can tell it’s a server issue because the theme is not working on your server only. Did you review the referred comments?

    Do you have another server? If not, please let us know. We will provide you a fresh WordPress setup on our server to install the theme and import the demo content with your own to check out the issue. Then you will understand it’s your server issue.

    Moreover, a refund is not a solution to the issue, changing your server to a good hosting server is one and the only solution of the issue. Because there is something wrong in your server. That’s why you can’t use a latest theme on your server like our one.

    I’m sorry but my server solution is fine. I’ve checked with my provider.
    Our configuration is an updated standard solution that works with many other website.
    Our server informations are compliant with the specification of your documentation.
    So I insist for a refund.
