    Hello,
    is there a possibility that customers can order food in the afternoon for, for example, the next morning.
    Currently, when I try to order a meal at 4pm for the next day at 11am, I get a message that it is closed. Is there any way to change this. So that I can order at any time. That would be very important for us, because so the plug-in is unfortunately of no use to us.

    Hello Marko,

    If you are talking about pre-orders then it can not be supposed to happen. It should allow orders at any time.

    Did you setup the timezone based on FoodBook doc https://themelooks.net/documentation/plugin/foodbook/how-to-set-the-time-zone/

    Also, provide your website URL to review the issue.

    Yes, I’m talking about pre-orders.
    The time zone is also set correctly.

    I have now cloned the actual site and re-uploaded it to my test site.
    Same problems as before.

    FoodBook is fully translateable using the Loco Translate plugin. Please translate it in the proper way by following Loco’s documentation https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners

    Moreover, we can’t check the other issues as your website’s “Add to Cart” button is disabled.

    Hello,
    I tried it with Firefox, Chrome and Edge and it worked for me. I could put goods in the shopping basket. I have no idea what was going on there.
    I took a video and put it in Google Drive.

    As we can understand it’s your used theme issue.

    1. The cart modal & checkout page breaks for your theme. Please try to use another theme https://themelooks.com/item/foodbook-theme-free-download-online-food-ordering-wordpress-theme/ to check the issue.

    2. Checkout page time shows “This is closing time. So you can’t order.” It can happen for the lack of two settings.
    A). You didn’t set the time zone by following our documentation https://themelooks.net/documentation/plugin/foodbook/how-to-set-the-time-zone/
    B). You set Opening hours today to Closing Hours tomorrow. Please set day-wise Working hours where opening time & closing time will be the same day, not today to tomorrow.

    Hello,

    Problem number 2 with “This is closing time. So you can’t order.” I was able to solve it. Thank you very much for that.

    To the 1st problem:
    Unfortunately I could not install a new theme. Since I get critical error.
    Is there any other way to solve the problem.
    I use the theme Avada version: 7.8.2 .
    Would it help you if I create a support account for you and send you the appropriate credentials?

    I am sure we can work this out now.
