Please reset the Permalinks, it can be your website Permalinks issue.

1. Login to you wp-admin
2. Goto Settings -> Permalinks
3. Select Post name
4. Save Changes

We are sorry to say that we are not familiar with the issue. Because it’s not our theme issue. It can be a 3rd party plugin confliction issue. Please deactivate all of the 3rd party plugins except the theme required and recommended plugins to find out the issue to fix.

Moreover, please let us know with details when you notice this issue? Because the issue would not exist at the initial setup of the theme.
