    I purchased WhoisBooks via Codecanyon, I try installing the script but get all the time error messaging about network connection “Please check your network connection” I changed the database hostname from localhost to the server IP but still with the same error!

    If it says “Please check your network connection” then it’s all about your internet connection or server network connection issue. Please check those to fix the issue.

    I”m working from the same server! what should I do?
    the server field I try with localhost and IP but with the same error!

    It’s all about the hosting server permission issue. That’s why the script showing the network connection error.

    Please check out the hosting server issues listed below and contact your hosting provider to fix the network connection issue.
