    Hi guys!

    I had to install the script again on the same domain and it won’t let me complete the installation. Please do I need to reset my Purchase Key.

    Please deactivate the license from your existing installation by following this screenshot https://prnt.sc/12ijywj to activate the license on a new installation.

    If your previous installation does not exist then let us inform to reset it for you.

    But I can’t do that because I deleted the previous installation and re-uploaded the files and MySQL configuration with a clean installation.

    I need you to do it from your license control panel.

    Apparently it is NOT solved, I can’t get past the / install screen. Please can you verify that the license is really unused.

    As we can see you are in the (2nd) registration steps. That means you already completed the purchase key verification steps. If you want to reinstall it again then you need to re-upload the fresh script. Because once you completed the 1st steps then it can’t be reversed.

    I’m sorry to have to ask for support again. But I did not pass the 2 installation screen.

    I have already changed server and DNS and it does not work. When I enter the data to create the user it does nothing and does not show me any error.

    The first part passes OK because the license is valid, but apparently there is some call that does not let me continue. Could you please reset again the license and update your cache.

    Or tell me for which file I can see the error.

    I’m very sad πŸ™

    Do the test yourself by creating any user and you will see what happens

    We have reset everything for you. Please download the fresh script from Codecanyon and re-upload the fresh script to reinstall. Because once you completed the 1st steps then it can’t be reversed.

    I already did a clean install and it continues with the same error. Is there any way to fix this.

    If I give you access to the FTP, go ahead and install and you will see the problem. Otherwise, I will request a refund of the money paid.
