Preloder stuck to load

Hi,

I have remove preloder but site slider and other scripts not work and when i add back preloder then site stuck to load and showing orange screen.

can you help me to resolve it. i need to remove preloder only instead of slider and other script?

If you need to remove the preloader only, then just remove the preloader code. Why you remove slider and other script?

thanks for your replay, i have remove preloder code only instead of slider, and when i remove it then slider did not work

Here is preloder code that i remove

Check out your website source code. You have customized the template code in a wrong way, like there not found body beginning tag. Checkout the screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/ify4ym That’s why, the slider and others not working.

In this issue, customize the template code in the proper way or hire someone else to customize the template for you based on your needs/requirements.

my live chat widget showing offline i have replace code into main.js but it still showing offline.

second i remove code from manin.js as instruct but widget still showing? how to remove this?

If you want to show online, then you have to online on tawk.to

Moreover, please follow the steps below to remove the Tawk.to live chat from both html & whmcs template.

– Open main.js file. (For both html & whmcs template js/main.js)
– Then search for the comment Live Chat Widget
– comment or remove the code (check out the screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/do2adj )
