Hi guy’s. I haven’t been around for a while, but since I’ve been back I have downloaded the latest version of FoodBook. Wow! it looks great and now has thermal printer support.
I am looking to go live with FoodBook and replace WooFood this week. I’m busy building a new website and have come across a small issue with the printing.
When an order is placed and the products that are ordered have attributes (like add extra cheese or remove lettuce) then the printer software seems to collect the data from the wrong filed in the database.
I have tried several different ways to add attributes including third party plugins, but each time the printer doesn’t seem to print the information needed, but rather some other database fields.
Here’s a couple of screen shots that show what problems I have.Print error1
    Print Error 2

    Dear Steff,

Please provide your wp-admin (URL, Username & Password) access using our Envato Market (codecanyon) profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference https://prnt.sc/10o0iwt ) including this support topic link as a reference to review the issue to fix.

For your kind information, if the attributes (like add extra cheese or remove lettuce) come from another plugin instead of FoodBook then the printing system will not add the fields in the printing system. The printing system only adds the extras that come from the FoodBook system.

    Dear Steff,

We have reviewed your website and we found you are using a 3rd party plugin for extra add-ons. That’s why the addons were not included in the printing. Also, the add-ons are not showing in the product details (popup) here https://takeawaypenzance.com/foodbook/

For your kind information, FoodBook is an individual plugin for its purpose. It’s a complete system including various features. FoodBook already has its own extra features adding system. That’s why FoodBook does not support any 3rd party plugin except the WooCommerce plugin.

If you need to add an extra addon like extra cheese or something else then please use the FoodBook feature. Please check our this doc https://themelooks.net/documentation/plugin/foodbook/how-to-add-product-extra-items

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
