Problem in Getting Restrofood Plugin Set Up

I got problem setting up the Restro Food Plugin to work. Seems to be very complicated.

Currently, I am facing the following issues:
1) There is no checkout button after adding items to cart.

I just need the plugin to perform the following task:
1) There is only pick up mode available in the website for one location. Operating hours is 11am to 3pm, 5pm to 930pm, everyday.
2) Customer can order from website starting from 1030am to 530pm. Pick up to be ready in 2 hours later.
3) Maximum numbers of order transaction is 10 orders per hour.
