Problem with the Form

Hi, we have an issue with the Appointment Form of the QUICKFIX Theme.
For some reason When we complete the Appointment form it doesn´t sends, the sendmail.php is not modified and also the layout appointment form in the index.php.
How can we fix this? or how can we make this work? all other forms like Banner Form are working.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. Open index.html, pricing.html and service-details.html
2. Then find the comment Appointment Form Start
3. Add this code <input type="hidden" name="submitType" value="ajax"> inside form element as showed in the screenshot (Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/g91crp )

Moreover, you could wait for the next update of the template. We will fix the issue ASAP & will provide an update on themeforest. you will get notified when the template will update.
