    By the way,
    Please follow the steps below to fix the issue:

    1. Open ‘includes/head.tpl’

    I tried already to use the template without editing however the problem also occurs, which may be the problem?

    My whmcs version: 6.2.1

    The problem still occurs.

    Problem solved, WHMCS updated to 6.3.1, thanks for the support.

    Tip: Place as minimum version of WHMCS 6.3.1 to help in time of purchase.

    Doubt: I need to update my site for the new version? It has something important in the new version? Changelog just think he now and integrated with WHMCS 7.
