Hello, we are presenting the following problems on our website.
In the branch manager the orders come in like this, the message that says is pay with the means of payment that you prefer. But it doesn’t say if the order was successful or not, it just places it as a new order to process. but in the super admin dashboard (woocomerce) it fails (see image below), as such they are always guided by the branch manager orders of each POS, not the super admin manager. What can we do so that failed orders do not pass to the branch?

The other is an issue with the locations, the Apis that appear in their documentation are active and we still have problems locating the addresses.
case 1 – The locate me button:
The test was carried out on a device by pressing the locate me button and it throws this address that is seen on the screen.
but the person really was at this address: cra 15 # 98 – 55 (Randys 98)
it is not working for clients.
