Our registration page is not working with this theme. It does not properly display the fields necessary for the potential user to enter his age information.

    Hi Bill,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

In this issue, you need to hire someone else to customize your registration page to compatible with the theme.

    Thanks for your understanding.

So this theme does not by default work with Coppa Registrations? Seems a little strange.

Another problem we are seeing with this theme is that there is no way to subscribe to an entire forum any more.

If you are already subscribed we can unsubscribe but you can’t subscribe.

Let me know if there is some way to fix this before we have to scrap the entire theme.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, our ForumUS phpBB style supports the Extensions below:

    – Board Rules Extension – by phpBB (Official)
    – Board Announcements Extension – by phpBB (Official)
    – Google Analytics Extension – by phpBB (Official)
    – Pages Extension – by phpBB (Official)
    – Advanced BBCode Box 3.1 Extension – by VSE
    – Avatar in Last Post Extension – by bb3mobi
    – Share On Extension – by Vinny
    – Ajax Smilies Extension – by Tacitus89
    – Post Love Extension – by satanasov
    – Email List Extension – by david63
    – External Links Open in New Window Extension – by RMcGirr83
    – SEO Meta Description Extension – by bb3mobi
    – mChat Extension – by dmzx
    – AdSense Extension – by Ashus

We already described in our item details page that “Note: If a feature or extension support is essential to you and is not listed above, please ask about it before purchasing.”

So, in this issue, you need to make compatible the extension with ForumUS that you want to use with ForumUS.

Moreover, the subscribe option works properly, just there has an Ajax issue. That’s why, there needs to reload the page to change the text subscribe to unsubscribe. However, we have listed this Ajax issue in our item update list. We will fix the issue in our next update of this item.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
