Remove Button in Page Section Not Working

Hi, I’ve tried clicking the Remove Button in Section Layout when editing a page but it’s not working. It’s not removing the section.

Please help.

Please let us know your server PHP version and WordPress version.

Please use the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 7 or newer to get rid of the issue.

We’re using PHP 7.2 and WordPress 5.1.1.

Then it’s all about 3rd party plugin confliction issue. Please remove 3rd party plugins one by one except the theme required plugin to check the confliction.

but this is a brand new site nothing has been installed yet except envato market, ecohosting theme and ecohosting required plugins.

i have same issue pls need support
and need also to have one more column in the footer , the theme has 3 , about us , newsletter widget , and the footer menu , i need to have one more column
