    Hi,
    I moved installation from server to another server and when I input licence code from Envato it says
    “Your key has been installed on another domain (demo.bigbagtech.com/kaspar)”

    The problem I deleted the above test server already and do not have access to old installation.

    How can we reset, please?

    Dear Mohamed,

    We have reset your purchase code. Now you will be able to reuse it.

    Moreover, there is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now.
