    Could you please reset my license, I am getting the below after having to re-install

    We have another issue – when we click on language –> Frontend-language – We get a 500 Server error

    We found out the frontend-language 500 error issue. We have fixed the issue and updated the script on Codecanyon. Please download and use the updated script to get rid of the issue.

    WE recently renamed the domain that we installed it on – the license shows inactive – how do we get it to show active?

    Dear phillip,

    There is an option to activate the license on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it installed now.

    Or you could send us the domain name where it’s installed now to reset your license to reuse it.
