    Hi my previous domain does not exist anymore. Need help resetting the license key to use it for a new domain/server.

    We are trying to activate the license on the domain(brot.ae) and getting the following error:
    Your key has been installed on another domain(13.39.100.224).

    Our domain is redirected to the same IP address.

    Can you please check and help with it.

    The issue is not yet resolved.

    As we mentioned before it’s not our plugin/licensing issue. It’s your hosting server issue and the only solution is to change your hosting provider.

    I am writing to inform you that the Foodbook plugin we recently installed is not working as expected when integrated with AWS. It keeps resetting the license key.

    We would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter as we would like to get the plugin working as soon as possible.

    We are sorry to say that as it’s a server issue there is nothing in our hands to assist you. Also, it’s not our plugin issue that we can resolve.

    We recommend you test our plugin with another cPanel hosting instead of AWS. Then you will understand the issue.

    Of course, FoodBook is compatible with any server-based website including AWS but we are unable to understand why you are facing this issue.

    Maybe your server running an operation internally that removes the license again and again but have no idea what operation your server running internally that causes the issue. That’s why we mentioned changing the hosting to check the issue.

    Hello,

    I wanted to inform you that I have tried setting up a fresh AWS lightsail instance with a fresh WordPress setup, but unfortunately, we are still facing the same issue. It keeps resetting the license key. Can not seem to find the root cause.

    At this point, I would like to discuss further steps that we can take to troubleshoot this issue.
