Scripts not loading

I did the installation following the tutorial.

However, neither the header nor the background image scripts are loading.

Hi There,

This is not an issue. This is one of the major styles of our ForumUS phpBB style.

When a user will log in then the banner will not display and when the user will log out then the banner will display again.
