Shipping Address not being inserted

Hello,

There are cases where the client wants to ship the order to an address different than the billing address. I these cases the address, the billing address is not being inserted.

Even when checking the order in WooCommerce we see this data was not inserted.

Could you check?

This is not our plugin issue. Please set the Woocommerce Sipping settings. Please check this out https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#shipping-settings

Hi there,

The fact is that option was already selected (use shipping address as default). The checkout form is somehow not passing the shipping address to the WooCommerce order’s shipping address (it is blank). It passes the Billing address but not the shipping address.

I can provide access if required so you can test.
