Sitemap generation has errors

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 5 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

Can’t genetate xml sitemap with any of the modules. Tried yoast sitemap, google sitemap wp plugins. I did try disabling modules to check if any modules interfering the xml sitemap. Found out that Hoskia Core plugin and/or WPBakery Page Builder moudule causes xml sitemap error. One of these module is enabled sitemap will produce above error. Can you suggest any workarounds for this?

I have the same setup. With Wp bakery plugin enabled, sitemap results in above error. If I disable the plugin the sitemap loads.

As you can see in the screenshot, we also have installed the Wp bakery plugin. So, this is not our theme issue and we are unable to get out the issue that you are facing.
