When i try to activate the theme i bought there is activation error

but my order status is not complited is just processing..
It’s a payment gateway issue and there is no relation with theme activation or something else.
Moreover, we can see that you have downloaded the theme and still not verified and activate your license.
You still not mentioning what is the exact issue or didn’t provide a screenshot of the error.
Please Note: Without verifying and activating your license you will not get full access to the theme, import demo data, core features, etc.

We have fixed the issue and updated the theme. Please download and use the updated theme to activate your license to get full access to the theme, import demo data, core features, etc.
activation works, now is the problem when i try to import demo data it shows Error: Service Unavailable (503)
Please check your server settings to fix the issue.
– upload_max_filesize (256M)
– max_input_time (300)
– memory_limit (256M)
– max_execution_time (300)
– post_max_size (512M)
