Some errors after demo data import

Hello BizWalls team,

I just purchased your WordPress BizWalls theme and installed it successfully but when i import demo data i got the following errors after its done, I have also attached the screenshots of those errors. Please check

Failed to import “Call Rate”: Invalid post type calling-rates
Failed to import “Free Days Rates”: Invalid post type freedays-rates
Failed to import “10”: Invalid post type mobile-topup-rates
Failed to import “20”: Invalid post type mobile-topup-rates
Failed to import “30”: Invalid post type mobile-topup-rates
Failed to import “40”: Invalid post type mobile-topup-rates
Failed to import “50”: Invalid post type mobile-topup-rates
Failed to import “60”: Invalid post type mobile-topup-rates

Failed to import “SMS Rate”: Invalid post type sms-rates and also unable to select country in dropdown ( check the below screenshot for more details )

Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, the issue raised, because you have missed to setup the “VOIP Pricing Rates Calculator” plugin’s settings before importing the demo data.

Please follow the steps below to fix your issue.

1. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
2. Then install the theme
3. Then install all of the required plugins
4. Then active all of the installed plugins
5. Setup the “VOIP Pricing Rates Calculator” plugin’s settings (check out the screenshot as reference https://prnt.sc/g8faky )
6. then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)
