My policy pages are not displaying content on the mobile pages, just seems to be displaying an empty container whereas viewing the same pages on non mobile devices displays all the data on the page. I have not done any CSS classes or options for this to be hidden on mobile devices.

Can you please advise on what needs to be done to get this working?

    Kind Regards

    Chris

Ok so further testing indicates that NO text content whatsoever is being displayed on mobile devices.. This is something that needs to be solved asap please… All Policies on the website cannot be displayed.

I have waited for 24 hours for a response regarding this issue.. This is a standard install of Hoskia theme so please advise asap.

    Kind Regards

    Chris

    Hi

I have done some more checking and it seems that the “text” block does not display on mobile devices. For example if you go to the Articles section of the website on mobile phone you will see that images show but the text block does not show.

    The website itself is https://webonspeed.eu

You can view the articles at https://webonspeed.articles

Open an article with a mobile device and you will see that the contents will not display like on the laptop. Also if I create a page using Gutenberg only (for text based pages like privacy policies and stuff like that) then it will not show the content of the page on any device.

    Kind Regards

    Chris

What do you mean please post article the proper way? I have written this article the same way as I have done since I first started using WordPress and I have used WordPress for nearly 10 years, it is only with this theme that I am having this issue..

Please do not make assumptions that I do not know how to write articles on WordPress…

You can see the article written on the following link http://easycaptures.com/3117112404

    Thank you

We are really sorry if you have misunderstood our words.

However, you said you have an issue with mobile devices, but we got the issue has in the desktop browser too.

Moreover, we have double checked our theme and we didn’t get any issue like this.

Please provide your wp-admin (URL, Username & Password) access using our Envato Market (themeforest) profile contact form https://themeforest.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/gkmr2r ) including this support topic link as a reference to review the issue to fix.

ok, when I am logged into the website it is showing the content of the articles. This issue seems to only be there when not logged in. Not sure about mobile devices though. Will need to check, even though I have not installed any plugins prior to noticing this issue I will test the plugins first and if the issue persists I will use the contact form and reply here.

    Thank you

    Regards

I disabled all plugins and checked the pages again and still have the same issue. I will submit the login credentials as requested now.

    Thanks in Advance

    Hi Chris,

It’s all about a plugin conflict issue. After deactivating the 3rd party plugins by you, everything is working perfectly.

Please check out the screenshot http://easycaptures.com/5277168233 We have taken this screenshot without login. Maybe you didn’t see the change after deactivating the 3rd party plugins for the browser cache issue. Please remove your browser cache or use a private window/tab to check this out.
