STRIPE payment error

When i use your template with standard cart for checkout. After filling card details, i get error “Remote Transaction Failure” , i check gateway log and i found there is no token save.
Pelase help me check in attachment, after changing to six template &systpl=six&carttpl=standard_cart, there is no problem .

Yes, this is error on theme, because we contacted to WHMCS, and they told me contact to ThemeLooks to fix it.
I tried as well with Six and standardcart

We are providing a custom child theme of WHMCS twenty-one theme. Here just has the header.tpl and footer.tpl files and everything is working from WHMCS twenty-one theme. You can check out our provided files.

We mean to say there is no relation between our child theme to the payment method because the payment method works with WHMCS twenty-one theme.

If you need to update your system please do it to check the issue. or try to use the WHMCS twenty-one theme directly to check the issue.
