Theme does not declare WooCommerce support

Hi,

I installed your theme on my WordPress installation at https://dvwebsol.com a few days ago. Now, in the dashboard section of the Admin panel, I see this message —

“Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support — please read our . . . ”

Please advise as to how this can be rectified.

Hi Jhinuk,

We are really sorry to say that, ours EcoHosting Theme doesn’t support WooCommerce yet. That’s why we haven’t described anywhere on our item details page about WooCommerce.

By the way, we have listed this in our theme update list. We will provide support for WooCommerce in our next update of the theme.

Please wait with patience for the next update of the Theme. You will get notified via email when the theme update will available.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I suppose I can then deactivate WooCommerce (until such time as when you start providing support for it). I would still need to use WHMCS (but I did not realize I could use that without WooCommerce separately). Now, thinking about it, I see that WHMCS is its own e-commerce system.

So, will it OK to just deactivate Woocommerce?
